Named in honor of our founder's late mother, Zuleika Ahmed Kaid. The original Zuleika Bukhoor Incense Blend was sourced by Mama in the old city of Sana’a, just days before she made her final transition from this world. It was then carefully handcrafted by our founder's older sister in Yemen, Asnaa, who followed Mama’s recipe.
Bukhoor is the Arabic name for a blend of fragrance oils, spices, and other natural ingredients specially chosen for their scent. When burned over charcoal, it emits an aromatic smoke. For centuries bukhoor has served as an ambiance for therapy, meditation, special occasions, and welcoming guests.

How to use: After lighting charcoal with a flame, carefully place a piece of incense on top. For a slower, cleaner burn, place a mica plate on the charcoal before adding bakhoor.
Each piece will burn for 4 - 6 mins. The aromatic scent fills the space for hours after vary by size of the space.
