The Houki Collection features unique hand-loomed textiles made by artisans from the village of Tehama. Two craftsmen work for over 15 hours on each piece to harmoniously and manually weave textile with decorations and colors, using a wooden loom and bright hand-dyed threads.
Initially, the textiles have a stiffness to them because of the way they are made, and washed in the sea; in time, and with washing, they will soften.
